.. s.e.r.e.n.d.i.p.i.t.y ..

.. throwback 1st experience with a friend. back than in 2011. Our first abroad trip together. at first I never thought I will meet a person who have the same interest over a country, because of a job that introduced us with "a bond experience" in domestic destination.

Then after a long chat, and a few lunch and a bunch movies with a limited timing we had we decided and my ambition to visit the grand opening of Fujiko F Fujio Museum at Kawasaki. Both of us didn't know that looking for a flight ticket without knowing which travel fair to attend would be difficult and cost us a lot! after a few visit to tour&travel offices we almost gave up! not to mention we had no idea how to book a hotel in Tokyo! we knew nothing at that time!

I forgot how this idea coming at first, then we found a package with a "good" price from http://jalan-tour.com/ver04/individual_tour_package.php this packaged was included flight, accomodation and tix to Universal Studio and Disneysea -- they also provided us with JR Shinkansen from Osaka-Tokyo (and gave us SUICA card for local transportation with JR Railpass in Tokyo). They provided a visa service as well (with add cost for the service).

We took GA flight JKT-DPS (transit)-OSAKA .. we arrived at Kansai Airport, then go straight to the Universal City by shuttle bus from Kansai Airport-Universal City which cost us 1,500YEN/person, we walk from the bus station at Universal City to Hotel Kintetsu Universal City, to drop our luggage then we go straight to Universal Studio Osaka to HAD SOME FUN!!

We need to read all sign that lead us to  the shuttle bus stop to go to Universal City, we already got the voucher to hop-on to the bus to took us to the drop off location near the hotel, the ride itself took about 30min-45mins, and from the bus stop at Universal City we need to walk around 10-15 minutes to the hotel.

After we're tired strolling around USO and had so much fun, we went back to the hotel which only a few steps from USO, checked-in and cleaned up, then we strolled around the Universal City to look for dinner. we found Takoyaki Museum and Nostalgia Museum. The next day, we go straight to Osaka-shi Station to get on a Shinkansen to Tokyo and explore the city with a city map in hand! for this trip, it such a luxury trip for both of us, we didn't bring our luggage along to Tokyo with us, we sent them from Osaka-Tokyo by courier, how fancy is that heh?!

We arrived at Tokyo Station, the Shinkansen ride from Osaka-Tokyo took about 2,5hours ride.

the first thing we visited in Tokyo is Tokyo tower that pretty close with Zojoji Temple we're amaze with the view and the hanging wooden prayers.

We went to Shibuya to took picture in front of legendary HACHIKO statue in front of Shibuya Station, strolling around the Shinjuku area to grab a dinner we stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel at Shinjuku, then we extend our stay for 2 days to visit Fujiko F Fujio Museum we just bought the ticket at the nearest Lawson store at Shibuya and lucky us the schedule was available for us! YEAY!!

to go to the museum it took us about 1hrs JR railway ride from Tokyo - Kawasaki and we need to walk to the museum about 45minutes by foot but its all worth it for us! (well actually for me thou)

We had a quick visit to Ebisu Garden place, my friend wants to pay a visit where the movie "Boys Before Flower" took place. We grab some coffee and sit around and took some pictures.

The next day, we surely visited DISNEYSEA another adventures to experience! The weather was nice! We spent entire day at Disneysea, we took a shuttle bus from Keio Plaza Hotel to Disney sea .. so not so much hustle to catch a public transportation to go there.

Actually 7 days in Japan wasn't enough for us! We surely will visit this country more often to explore more!

Odaiba Liberty Statue We even got a chance to visit Odaiba and strolling around there to visit Fuji TV Station there, got a chance to visit a automotive exhibition at Odaiba as well.
